High School Summer Camp

On March 20, the Good Morning School grade nine class moved into the dormitories of New Blood School for a two-month-long summer camp that will help them prepare for the grade ten school year ahead–their final year of high school before taking the matriculation exam. Though most of the students are not particularly happy about spending their school breakĀ in a highly rigorous study program, they know that hard work and discipline is now more important than ever. “We only have one more year left,” says Aung Thun Thu, a grade nine student who excels in math. “I have to focus and do well this year, so that I can pass the matriculation exam and go on to university.”
